You were on the right path DBCooper. It WAS the login, but not exactly how you envisioned. Essentially, the software was purchased by a different account than my actual login. (corporate account) So I need to be logged into the account that purchased the software, not the account using the software. I'll need to sit with my manager on how we will proceed from here. I was, and always am to the software AND both Chief Website and Home Designer Website essentially, I never log out unless forced tried that as well, no luck also have tried it on at least 3 different plans, ones with and without layouts Thanks for giving it a crack though

I began working for a new company recently, and I'm working on a Custom Layout Template for them. I chose to put my information boxes running horizontally along the bottom (in a similar fashion to Rene Rabbitt's Layouts). I was told this is incorrect, and that it is a "standard" to have all page info along the right side running vertically (or treating the right side as the bottom). Can anyone tell me if this is a True Industry "Standard" ? Or if people just prefer to do it that way.
