Explode dormer / select roof plane / open dbx / adjust roof structure layer framing to 9 1/4". same as roof plane of house. All will be well after adjustments.

Open porch room dbx/structure/uncheck "roof over this room" and rebuild roof planes.

I was able to get 2 separate cabinet schedules. One group was all base cabinets and the other all tall cabinets. So I lucked out this time.

lol, a bug is the solution.

I have 2 different cabinet styles in same room and I want them on separate schedules.

Move the railing toward house 12", rebuild roof and your oversized overhang goes away. Fix it manually and don't move railing.

David James has it under control. This area (railing / wall corner) has always been a little jumpy.

Garage floor 24" lower, you should be able to adjust that. Many problems were straightened out, wall defaults, floor defaults, foundation issues. Nice design.

1st suggestion is to post plan so we can really look at it and not guess. Open default roof dbx and change gabel overhang to a reasonable number.

I don't know.

No roof stays put if you lower room, raise it in the roof dbx, uncheck baseline and lock roof pitch and change to what you desire.

Listen to Joe and add layer of "fluff" as I call it. Helps keep wall stable, this area has been JUMPY forever.

Align with Inner surface, did you try that?
