  1. Sent you an e-mail. Please let me know if you did not receive and I'll try again. Mine is Drafting@steeleservicesdfw.com. Thanks
  2. Thank you for that @Alaskan_Son So question for you. Are you interested in creating objects for me if I send pictures and how much would you charge. I've attached a couple things that I need you're interested.
  3. Thank you for that tip!! I did find one extremely close on Osborne Wood products. I'll keep that in mind for next time.
  4. Can anyone point me in the direction of this symbol? I have looked thru all my content and 3D Warehouse but have had no luck finding it.
  5. I have been using CA on PC since v9, but have just ordered my first Mac. Big question is I have always used the hardware lock and just learned that my license would have to switch to a software lock. Not a huge deal but I work with a client that still uses X4 and would rather not have to use my laptop until they upgrade. If I use Boot Camp on my Mac will the hardware lock work while running windows on the Mac? I spoke with CA and they do not have a support for this particular question. Is there anyone that has used this application?
  6. I am the person Norm refered to earlier in the conversation. Name is Chanda and I live in Rockwall and have been using CA since V9. I am currently running X7 and am very happy with alot of the upgrades. I am also self taught so as mentioned by a couple others I know my old way but may not be the most productive. I found the Facebook group. Here is the link. https://www.facebook.com/groups/491617484321277/
  7. I don't see anything wrong with the plan. I hardly ever use the auto roof option since it is usually not as accurate as what I am wanting. I added the wall in the attic that you were missing. It takes a while to get the hang of so at one point we were all where you are now. You can switch between floors so what I did was go to the attic and turn on the reference display to see where the walls fall below and add the same type wall under the gable as needed. 8. You needed to break the roof plane coming down the left side of the center gable. Although that creates a flat valley along the side of the wall/roof that a cricket will have to fill. And just guessing at the roof it looks to be more along the lines of a 12/12 pitch instead of 14/12. Hope this helps. House plan 424-60.plan
