Hi, I'm a licensed builder in Michigan with a background in residential carpentry for four years. I started ANDYJHOMES in 2020 as a Design and build firm and have had some successful projects in complete structural renovation as well as a couple of new built in joint ventures , but currently the focus is on residential land development as a turn key contractor (spec homes).  I joined chief to start producing plans and construction documents that I can submit to the building department, and to network with interior designers, architect and other builders.
