    Thank you all for your replies. Maybe I did not explain myself properly. What I meant to say was that after the Orthographic camera generated the view and I select "CAD detail from view" the detail does generate. The problem was that the plan was too far away from the origin. It is now resolved. Thanks again.

    Sometimes when I try to generate a Cross Section/Elevation from a floor plan the Orthographic camera does not generate the section/elevation. Has anyone else experienced this or can offer any solutions? Thanks, Ken

    I have a similar problem, or maybe worse. I have exported CA plan files to AC before but tonight the program would not complete the task. Any suggestions? Thanks, ChiefKenE
