version x10, figured out the signature. an the first image is what I'm sorking on and the second image is close to what I'd like to achieve.

I'm trying to add more architectural detailing to the exterior of a Mediterranean style home. I have the columns and arches worked out, now I want to add moldings around the entryway and around some windows. I dont want to create a belly band around the whole thing. What is the best way to attack this decorative element? Please

OK, I'm trying this, thinking the ceiling (B) is an issue, which is what you are referring to "raise or lower roof to accommodate new plate height" . Would it be easier to delete roof all together to make these changes? I am seeing Ceiling B height is not changing so now 2nd floor has 12' ceiling. I deleted roof, changed all rooms to 120", and still have same response for first floor

I'm assuming do this for all rooms on second floor and that will allow me to change first floor room ceiling height?

I have tried to catch all the ceiling heights above to fix this, I need the first floor to be 10', client change their mind of course once entire plan is drawn. I am attaching plan file as well. Previously I have simply redrawn the entire plan to change the ceiling height. I dont have time this time. Super frustrating... i haven't found a tutorial that makes the fix. entire plan? i guess just attach it? I changed the CAD line to a terrain perimeter, it had shown on a previous plan, but i have modified so many times, maybe it just wont transfer. Nance_3-27.plan

using X9 Premier, the CAD detail I have changed to a terrain perimeter is not showing on wither the camera view or the perspective view. Picky clients, they need to see this, I am hoping its just a small glitch or something I dont have selected, etc. Any thoughts?

I'm trying to create a lanai on the second floor. I did this with creating an exterior wall and putting arched openings in it. but when I addd the railing piece, the arch disappears and changes the opening to the railing opening. How do I marry the two? This is for a Mediterranean style home

Joe, Can you explain the Room Fill and Material Regions Fill Patterns? Step by step? I do a lot of Floor Finish plans to show direction and pattern of material.
