  1. Thank you for all who have replied. I am still verifying details for the final product requirements for the work. I suspect I will know by 20 Nov. I will post again with an update. Again, only those considered will be contacted. Thank you for your interest.

  3. Good day, I have some overflow requirements that I am considering moving to other venues for the time being. I am looking for homes to be modeled in 3D based on completed construction drawings. They need to be accurate to +/- 1 inch. You will be provided with construction drawings and plan requirements to set default values, or a generic X6 plan file with defaults set. Payment will be based on finished sq ft area of home under a roof. Please provide your estimate on a per sq ft basis in US dollars or if Canadian, Cdn dollars. Model requirements are: Exterior complete with roof. All walls complete with any door, openings, windows, inset shelving etc. Stairs, railings complete. Note: Moldings, tray ceilings etc are not required to be modeled. No cabinets, showers, toilets etc are required. If you are interested please contact me at the information listed below. Use the contact form on the webpage to send me any information. Referrals, please post here as you wish or contact me as stated above. Please provide references. I encourage any information from other users with references. Only those considered will be contacted. Thank you for your time. Ivan Cyr visuel Inteck3d http://www.inteck3d.com
  4. Barton, I use a plethora of softwares to get this to a video stage...the limited vertex export function out of CA causes me a bit of grief such that I require alternative solutions to high poly count items. I did just update the video to remove one poor quality clip of the mstr bedroom and bath and put in 5 higher pixel count renders to behave better while using the zoom. I think it looks nicer now.... The other video I have up on you tube Jim is using CA walkthrough and Windows movie maker. Much poorer quality in my view....although my client was ecstatic. He loved the Spanish signs in the structure.
  5. Hi Jim, Glad you liked it. The video uses a 3rd party software....and A LOT of computing power.
  6. Here's a couple renders to share. All modelling completed in CA X6 except the bedding....and about 4 pillows. Also a video of a home model, again all modelling in CA X5 and library with exception of bedding and pillows. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yn4FeG2yzD0 I welcome comments to quality and suggested improvements to video.
  7. Used to live in Edmonton....now in Montreal area....so I'm a Westerner at heart if not in location. My work, surprisingly, is almost exclusively in the US and Alberta-B.C. The beauty of the internet.
