Morphious Posted December 10, 2015 Share Posted December 10, 2015 Hello, I am trying to create a solar array farm on top of a building. I'm looking to find a precise way to align all of the panels with the roof line. The roof line is set up at aa a Shed type of roof so the pitch is making it very difficult to align the solar panels direct on the roof surface. Is there some type of Snap to Roof or align with roof function? Or maybe a way to make all panels on the same layer and then rotate the layer to make it same pitch as roof? Attached is an image of the issue. I just started this but don't want to spend 2 days aligning the hundreds of panels manually?
