Kenneth_Miller Posted December 1, 2015 Share Posted December 1, 2015 TO all, I am relatively new to CA but have used CADD for +15 years. When developing plans I need to be able to dimension my porch columns to the edge of the column, not the edge of the base moulding. Also, when I build a deck the deck beam and rafter beam do not align with the edge of the columns. I end up adding a moulding around each to represent the correct placement.
