Designers_Ink
With over 25 years of experience, I have designed homes all over the United States. My design philosophy is to get to know my clients by listening to their needs very carefully. I can then produce a design that fits both their functional needs, as well as their style. I also work with other design professionals when they need assistance meeting a deadline or just have too much work and not enough time. Please take the time to view my website at www.designersink.us to view samples of my recent work. You can also check out some of my work at www.facebook.com/designersink. I can also send you examples of recently completed construction document plans sets upon request. It is always my goal to EXCEED my client's expectations. I look forward to an opportunity to exceed yours!
Rich_Winsor
Really like the man cave theater in Interior Rendering 5 but you gotta swap out the Reese's Pieces for m&m's.
soundz999
Hello, We have a house plan nearly complete in x8. We are at a point we need to partner with a professional to finish the plan (for sure the roof needs work), ensure the structure is safe and meets local regulations, etc. My thinking is that an architect currently using Chief would make this process much more efficient due to the software compatibility. It is going to be prairie or craftsman style home. We need someone that has experience designing this type of homes in the past. If you are qualified to assist, please send me your information, hourly rate, and I'll give you a call. Also how do you work with me if remote? Do you use a sharescreen? If you are local, that's even better. We live in Frankfort Illinois. a Southern burb of Chicago. Or call me 708 269 1979. Thanks.
