"get additional content online" error message

Using X5. When I go to "Get Additional Content Online" and click on some content, indicating that it should be opened by CA, it downloads and then I get theerror  message "Unsupported file type for this view" showing that the incoming file ends in "....calibz.zip." So I'm assuming that the .zip file type cannot be extracted from within CA. What am I doing wrong?

You need download/save the zip file and then extract the zip and open/load the .calibz file itself.

That's what I was afraid of. I thought things should be a bit more streamlined. Oh well, That's what I'll do. By the way, do you know if x6 library material will work in x5?

If it's listed as X6 and not X5 then probably not.  There should be X5 content downloads available for most things.  Some of the Libraries are specific to X6.
