Hi I tried to export a plans but got this message . any advice?

In general, you probably want to be exporting the entire Project (right click Project > export) instead of individual plan files.

 

It looks like you are using "Export Disconnected Plan..." and the warning here is to indicate that exporting the plan only might lead to missing files.  Depending on why you want to export the plan, that might be ok.  It is generally recommended to instead do a Project Export by right clicking the Project (top level folder for the plan) and selecting export.  This will bundle it all into a special .caproj file that includes all the linked files.  Importing that .caproj into chief will then relink everything for you.

 

Note that the result of using "Export Disconnected Plan..." will be a singular plan file, in contrast to the project export which will be a .caproj file.
