Good Day Members

Greetings from Cape Town

Many, many years ago I got version 9.5 and was running it on Windows 10. Now I am in the process of moving over to a new pc with Windows 11. Everything is loaded, hardware lock is in with red LED showing. But Windows 11 is not recognizing the hardware lock. Apparently is has to do with the runtime.

Any advice will be HUGELY appreciated.

AI recommends this:

Ask for the Legacy Sentinel HASP/LDK Runtime Installer 8.13 (or the exact runtime they recommend for Chief Architect 9.5 Full USB hardware locks on Windows 10/11).

Have a great day.

Des

Please read this thread. Although it's for Ver 10 it might help you out. I don't know if chief did an update to 9.5 like they did for Ver 10. Also you should move this to the General Q&A as it is not a suggestion.
