I just installed the NVIDIA Studio driver for my RTX 4090 dated August 20 and so far it's working. Otherwise, I suddenly crashed upon starting Chief. FYI: NOT the Game Ready driver. I did the Studio driver.

Just wanted to pop this to the top of the feed again. Windows Update is pushing out the broken driver. If you have X18 crashing on you unexpectedly you are probably being affected by this driver push out from Microsoft. You simply need to install the latest NVIDIA Studio driver to recover.
