Changing the roof pitch after the roof is built.

I am still a relatively inexperienced user. My house project is pretty far along, and the client wants the roof pitch changed from 3 to 4/12. This is a mono-pitch roof. The roof plane was easy enough to change and the gable walls, tall wall at the high side and the ceilings all changed too. But the rafters didn't change with it. I may have manually manipulated the rafters resulting in them not automatically adjusting to the new pitch.

Where do I go from here without recreating the whole roof system?

The framing might not be set to auto rebuild after the roof planes changed. You can use this tool to reframe the roof (walls and more)
