Have you pulled the latest from the archive file?

 

I'm not sure what version you have x16, 17...  Assuming your using windows, go to documents in Explorer.  There should be a Chief Architect Premier X?? Data folder, in this folder is a Archives Folder.  Here is where you 'll find the projects you been working where the autosaves and backups are.  I'd try opening the latest as see if this gets you back running again.
