Seeking Chief Architect designer to complete residential permit set — Colorado Front Range

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

We're looking for an experienced Chief Architect designer to help complete a residential permit set for a remodel and small addition project along the Colorado Front Range. The project is currently at roughly 75% construction documents — the previous designer is no longer available to continue. We have the native .plan files and a completed structural engineering set from a separate PE. What's needed is completion of the remaining architectural items (wall sections, building details, code compliance) and coordination with the structural engineer to align both sets for permit submittal.
Ideal candidate has experience with mountain residential construction and is familiar with Colorado county permit processes. Local to the Denver metro / mountain corridor is preferred but not required.

This is a paid engagement — happy to discuss scope and fees directly. Please reply here or send me a message if you're interested.

Thanks!

Hi there,

I can get your permit set finished and submitted. Experienced with mountain residential construction and Colorado county processes. Comfortable jumping into your .plan files, wrapping up wall sections/details/code, and coordinating with your structural engineer.

Not local to Denver but work remotely seamlessly. Happy to review what you have and quote a flat fee.

Available for a quick call this week to discuss scope.

I’d love to help wrap up your project. I’ve worked on residential remodels and additions using Chief Architect and am experienced in taking projects from mid-CD phase through permit submittal.

My typical scope includes completing wall sections, building details, and ensuring code compliance, as well as coordinating with structural engineers to resolve any discrepancies before submission.

If helpful, I can review your existing .plan files and structural set and provide a quick assessment of remaining work, timeline, and fee.

Looking forward to hearing more about the project.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this message finds you well.

I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. I have been working past 20 years specializing in CD sets and architectural design. I have worked on renovation projects, new additions, designing decks, sunrooms, and 3D models of houses. I have mostly worked on  Chief Architect, I can work on any project starting from schematic design to its final  submission. My extensive experience has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the nuances and demands of this field.

If you have any projects in  Chief Architect, or Revit BIM drafting that you think might align with my expertise, I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to discuss them further.

Since I look forward to long-term goals, I want to assure you that your first project with us will be based on a trustworthy relationship.I will be working remotely for this drafting work.

Thank you for considering this, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Best Regards

Isha Datta
