yoskiwoski Posted yesterday at 08:04 PM Share Posted yesterday at 08:04 PM Hi all, We're looking for an experienced Chief Architect designer to help complete a residential permit set for a remodel and small addition project along the Colorado Front Range. The project is currently at roughly 75% construction documents — the previous designer is no longer available to continue. We have the native .plan files and a completed structural engineering set from a separate PE. What's needed is completion of the remaining architectural items (wall sections, building details, code compliance) and coordination with the structural engineer to align both sets for permit submittal. Ideal candidate has experience with mountain residential construction and is familiar with Colorado county permit processes. Local to the Denver metro / mountain corridor is preferred but not required. This is a paid engagement — happy to discuss scope and fees directly. Please reply here or send me a message if you're interested. Thanks!

TurnerCoHomePlan
I’d love to help wrap up your project. I’ve worked on residential remodels and additions using Chief Architect and am experienced in taking projects from mid-CD phase through permit submittal. My typical scope includes completing wall sections, building details, and ensuring code compliance, as well as coordinating with structural engineers to resolve any discrepancies before submission. If helpful, I can review your existing .plan files and structural set and provide a quick assessment of remaining work, timeline, and fee. Looking forward to hearing more about the project.
