Roof framing help please, boxed eaves meeting hips, extending walls

I need some help fixing this roof. This is only a quick mock up of the plan I'm working on, but getting CA to cooperate is not working. I've searched here and elsewhere and I can't seem to find the exact work around. Any help is much appreciated (I do better with videos if you have the time!) I will say, I believe these small issues are probably easily fixed, but common. I have drawn all manual roofs because auto roof just made it more difficult to get the correct over framing. As far as the framing, we will frame it just as it is - except the over hang just hanging out in the house!

 

First is the overhang. because the main roof cuts through the inside of the house, how do I tell it to not put an overhang there, but keep the base line height as well as the other part of the overhang? See picture attached where the overhang is showing in the ceiling of the porch for example.

 

Next is getting the boxed eaves to still populate when there is a shed roof attached with a valley? Also see attached photo.

 

Last - and I know I'm probably missing something that I should already know, but I do run into this problem a lot. I know about the "roof cuts wall" and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I haven't tried this on this particular plan, but noticed it as I was flying around the house.

 

Bonus help - I need to put a floating dormer above the front porch area. CA of course won't let me  because of the roof line, etc. Since this will be a fake dormer, what is the best way of doing this without the program yelling at me that it won't work?

See if that model is cleaner and closer to what you want. you need to not place roof plains on top of each other with out cutting and joining to each other if it is what you want i can do a video show how I did it, also I change the rafter sizes to 6"not what size you want but 9" seemed to big to me not sure thought and causing some gaps
