X17 temporary dimension display question

I recently updated to X17. Love the new features to date...except for my inability to get the temporary dimensions to display like I'd like.

 

In X16, when I selected an opening in a wall, the temporary dimensions displayed were running and not baseline. (they showed the dimensions between all items on that wall within the room). Now, in X17 they are stacked and not running....and only seem to go in one direction and not both. Am I missing an easy setting somewhere in the temporary dimension dialogue box to make this setting change? (or is there a tutorial I should watch on the new X17 temp dim functionality?)

As of X17, Temporary Dimensions now use settings in the current Dimension Default, under the Setup Temporary panel:

 

 

There no longer is a single default setting for temp dims. That way you can have multiple setups and switch between them, without having to change them in the Defaults.
