Error trying to export 3d Viewer File

Is it because I'm on Home Designer Pro 2025 ?

But I'm still curious if this is a local error, or something more widespread.

It might just mean that you are not currently signed in while in the program.  Try going to "account" from the main program menu and signing in, or maybe even signing out and then back in.

I was, and always am to the software AND both Chief Website and Home Designer Website

 

essentially, I never log out unless forced

tried that as well, no luck

 

also have tried it on at least 3 different plans, ones with and without layouts

You were on the right path DBCooper. It WAS the login, but not exactly how you envisioned.

Essentially, the software was purchased by a different account than my actual login. (corporate account)

So I need to be logged into the account that purchased the software, not the account using the software.

I'll need to sit with my manager on how we will proceed from here.
