Hey MOJO

Go to your attic level, and you'll see you have the gables marked "invisible".. uncheck that and your good to go.

What other questions do you have...?  Maybe we in this community can help....

trying to add a partial wrap around front porch that goes the full length on (South Side of plan) then wraps around to the (east side of plan) Side with the Master/Bonus/Laundry room. Porch would be a 3/12 pitch of metal roofing not shingle like the rest. Thanks again

For ease of use, there is a "railing" icon next to the wall pull down in the toolbar.  Use this and draw as you would a wall, then give that area a room label of "deck" or "porch"... draw the roof as you did the home, but at 3/12.  I see you have auto roof on, so you'll have to play with this to get the pitch you need.

Next.. pick those railing and open up the railing specification box.. at the "Rail Style" where it says Newels/Post, check the one that is needed, in this case I picked "Post to ceiling"

I'm not 100% on how auto roof works, I always do mine manually. If this was me, I would have left the 6/12 as is, then added the 3/12 manually then connect them via the "join plane tool".  Lots of vids on that.  Maybe someone else can chime in on the auto roof..
