SAWConstruction
When looking at an elevation though the overhead door, the door itself is inside the jamb, which would make it really hard to move up, LOL. The door panels need to be behind the jamb. Is it possible to "move" the door towards the inside of the building 1-1/2" and leave the jamb flush to the inside of the wall? When building here in SW Washington Coast, the overhead doors have a jamb that is the same size as the door, usually of 2x material that extends out past the exterior siding, and ends flush with the drywall on the inside of the wall. Then the door is placed up against the jam so it can go up the track, which is also placed on the inside face of the wall. Do I really have to build the door from scratch? SAWConstruction
Perfect. Why I didn't see that as an option has me confused. LOL
