The red line is the cities required finished grading. need 1' from grade to T/O ICF anywhere. Driveway needs to stay under 4% slope How would a guy go about adjusting this so it meets requirements for the grading while maintaining the lower slop on the driveway? My first thought is to keep the grade beam of the garage where it is, then raise the basement / main floor to meet the grading criteria? Thoughts? suggestions?
