Dormer Help

The auto dormer feature worked great when my plan called for rafters, but when I switched to trusses it didn't play so well.  The current plan calls for parallel chord trusses.   There is a vaulted* ceiling toward the front of the cabin and a loft over the back half with an 17' wide shed dormer.  The dormer should meet the 8' ft ceiling of the loft.   Any tips on how to use auto dormer with trusses? The dormer location is included in working plan view if anyone wants to dig in.  

 

Also, Chief did some pretty wonky framing of the entryway.  Any ideas about how to clean that up would be appreciated.

* semi vaulted.  There will be an eight foot ceiling in the loft that extends through the great room.

I am no expert on this, but I selected rafters then build auto dormer and after that I reselected trusses, seems to work.
