Slab is swallowing my rooms

In some way I have no way of understanding, x17 took an open 2 story space made up of an entry and living room with a balcony crossing it to connect the upstairs and made the balcony have no floor. I just want the downstairs rooms to have regular floors without stem walls coming into the picture and I want to be able to have a balcony with a floor. Can you help me?

See if this file has it fixed you have selected floor supplied by foundation below instead of floor under this room
