Recessed Floor System

I have a project I'm on that is changing from the floor joists on top of the foundation wall to being hanging down in. But I need the top of the joists to be flush with the top of 3 plates. (See attached pic)

Question 1: How to change my existing drawing without deleting floor 0 and starting over? I changed the defaults and did F12, but the drawing does not change.

Question 2. How to show the 3 plates on top of the wall correctly?

Why three?  Is it to get your wall finish closer to grade?

That is the request of the HVAC subs. With the floor system completely recessed, there is no way to get AC lines and some other services to the outside. That is commonly done here in Kansas. To go through the concrete wall makes a hole almost below grade.

Did you see this?  https://www.chiefarchitect.com/videos/watch/5202/creating-floor-platforms-that-hang-inside-walls.html?playlist=144

Try building with a 4-1/2" thickness mudsill and then editing it to a 3-stack after your framing is all the way you want it.

Thank you Gene! That's what I needed - both the video and the tip
