Door & Window Schedule Callouts

We have just introduced using window and door schedules on our drawings in lieu of our specifications.  I set up my templates and everything appeared to be good until I chose to use them in a new templated.  I have set my text to come in using my settings for 1/4" scale, but the callouts are 3-4 times larger than I want.  I have "calculate from text" checked but can't figure it out.  

 

Any suggestions on additional settings I should check.

You might check what Text Style is used for the Label; then adjust it to your desired size.
