Hello, I am Looking for Chief Architect Drafter to Build Full Model from CAD Files (Exterior + Interior + 2 Floors)

 

I’m looking to hire a Chief Architect drafter (preferably experienced with X17) to help me create a full, accurate 3D model of my home based on existing CAD files.

Here’s what I have:

• Complete CAD files (DWG/DXF) exported from Matterport, including both floors and the exterior.

• Schematics, floor plans, and photos for reference.

• Clear separation of first floor + exterior and second floor layouts.

Here’s what I need:

• A fully drafted Chief Architect (.plan) file that accurately represents the structure:

  • Exterior

  • Interior

  • Both floors with walls, doors, windows, stairs, roof, ceiling heights, etc.

• The model should be ready for me to make design modifications (moving walls, raising ceilings, updating cabinetry, etc.)

• Once completed, I’ll export it to Twinmotion for rendering — so I need the geometry clean and true-to-scale.

I’m looking for someone who can:

• Work directly in Chief Architect X17

• Communicate clearly and efficiently (email, Zoom, or similar)

• Deliver an editable, accurate plan file
