Reshaping cabinets against off angled wall

Hello,

 

I am working on an entertainment center design. It's a stackstone surround with a fireplace, tv cutout and two shelving units on either side with lighting. The wall on the right of the EC is a typical 90 degree wall and the EC fits up against it nicely. The wall on the left of the EC is angled out. I would like to make a second design with the panels, shelving and cabinetry running flush against the off angled wall. I know this will involve changing the shapes of the shelves and the custom countertop. I cannot find anything on youtube showing how to achieve this. See attached photo for reference.

Plan attached showing steps. You will need to fill in the toe kick at the wall with a solid (there are other more complicated ways but not for now :)
