Fascia & Soffit Issues

I am having trouble trying to figure out why my frieze boards, fascia, and soffits are a mess on this front elevation. All roof fascia heights appear equal and planes are correctly connected. My only thought us that with the difference in roof pitch and sharp corners, this is just a glitch with the software and I will need to use a molding polyline instead. Plan is too large to add to the post.

Strip it and zip it if you need some actual help, because without it we're just guessing like you.
