ubiscuit
Good Day, Wondering if someone can help me figure this. When i go into 3D view a lot of items are missing. For example no walls, roof, cabinets, chairs and other objects not fully formed etc. All layers are on for 3D view. It worked fine before but now even when a create a new plan with a simple 4 wall and roof structure it does the same thing. Does anyone know what the issue may be or how i can solve it. I have attached a picture below. I did import a lot of objects from 3DWarehouse and made the mistake of replacing existing textures when the prompt came up instead of renaming them. 3D View was working fine before. CliffsCris
Check to make sure the layers for those objects are turned on in that camera view
DBCooper
Maybe a video card or driver issue? If you are on X17, did you get the latest update. I know they fixed something having to do with nvidia cards.
ubiscuit Posted yesterday at 06:36 AM Author Share Posted yesterday at 06:36 AM Hi there, I'm using Premier 16X, as i mentioned before It used to work fine, but then it started sending me rendering errors messages. After i delete a complex 3D object i imported the error goes away but then the result is the above image and I'm thinking its due to the 3D objects i have imported containing to many textures or layers and perhaps coupled with the fact that when i imported the 3D objects into Chief Architect i replaced existing textures instead of renaming them. So when deleting a imported 3D object from the plan as well as chief architect itself it may have deleted certain layers or textures contained in walls, cabinets, parts of furniture, etc. I don't know if that's a possibility. But I'm thinking now its not because as when i uninstalled Chief architect and did a fresh reinstall the same thing happens even when i create a simple four walled structure. I have also tried putting all layers on and the same thing happens. It might be graphics issue, but it was working before. I know using Intel UHD graphics which is not the best but it meets the minimum requirements for chief architect.
