12 CMU FOUNDATION WALL WITH 8" CMU BOND BEAM

Hello.

Attempting to create a typical  foundation 12" CMU stem wall with 8" top CMU bond beam.

The house wall is a brick veneer with 8" extension.

 

I'm unable to replicate the desire detail

Any helpful advise?

In your foundation wall defaults image, middle of picture. "Elevation of lower wall top" try setting this to -8" - then check the alignment with main layer inside. 

Also you may have to extend (in your wall dbx) your brick ledge depth to floor thickness + 8"

I made it work.

Just had to redraw the wall again for the changes to take.
