Help with wall height info

Can anyone please help me determine these wall heights?  This is an ADU of <1000sqft. I am required to have a maximum roof height of 16ft and a 3/12 roof pitch to match the main building. When I select any wall, it's broken down into two or three sections. The roof is designed to allow the greatest headroom over the loft while still maintaining the correct roof pitch and maximum living space. I would need to change the wall heights in Chief to fit my requirements but cannot find a working solution. The design is a one-story with a loft that features a high open ceiling, but as drawn, it is closer to a two-story..  Sip wall construction for the exterior walls, slab foundation, and standard interior framing. 1st pic is E elevation, 2nd pic is W elevation, Porch faces S I am using Home Designer Suite 2025
