Is it possible to have island and staircase baseboards in chief?

When creating a kitchen island or a staircase, i cant figure out the proper way to add a baseboard consistent with the rest of the house.

Create a Molding Polyline and assign the baseboard molding.  For a staircase the Polyline should be a 3D Molding Polyline or it needs to be drawn in an elevation view.
