How do you create an irregular doorway?

I need to create a cut out in the wall that isn't a standard rectangle.  I can create with a passthru window and a doorway stacked but then I can't seem to remove the header on the doorway or the bottom of the window.  Is there a better approach?

Welcome to the community, I'm assuming you are using X16.

Try 2 doors stacked vertically and mull them together. Add trim if needed with molding line tool in elevation/ cross section view.
