I get an error code at the end of recording the walkthrough, "Error #272031036 An error occurred while recording the walkthrough, unspecified error." I contacted Chief Architect and he instructed me to move my files out of my one drive and to my user card and it still isn't working. My GPU driver is up-to-date as well. SOS!! Does this problem happen even with a very simple walkthrough in a very simple plan? If not, then it is probably something in the plan. If it does, then it might be a problem with the codec you are using.
