I have a very basic house drawn up and have lost the drywall on the interior of the exterior walls when looking at it with full camera. How do I get it back on?

Did you modify your wall type definition?  Good chance you made a mistake there.  Marking the wall layer as framing or air gap can often cause problems.  If not that, then you should post the plan.

 

Also, it's better to give your post a title that describes the problem you're having.  Something like "missing drywall in camera views" or whatever.  You can always put your name in your signature so it shows up in all your posts.
