Extra lines appear when I move dimesnion lines

I've been trying to figure out what setting I messed up to add these lines but have yet to figure it out...Any suggestions to how to remove them..Thanks..

Those are Point Markers. Not sure how you managed to get them since you don't say what you moved. The only way I could easily get them was to use Point  to Point dimension line. Her they are shown lower than yours.

If for some reason you turned off object snaps that might get them?

I would carefully select the markers, may need to tab into them, and delete. The 25" will go away too.

Then select the dimension line, grab the circle at the end and drag across until the 25" appears.

IF a new number does not appear then the dimension line is further away than the reach setting for the dimension line. Either temporarily move the line closer or adjust the reach in the DBX.

Might be a good idea to read up or watch videos on dimension defaults and settings. 

 

It's generally good practice to include a signature in posts with the software and version you are using. For challenging problems listing hardware can also help.
