Concentric resize tool won't go away

Ok, well I feel like an idiot. For some reason, my concentric resize wasn't working with the C button, so I changed it to a hotkey and assigned the C button to it. It gave me a warning about the default changing, but I thought I would try it anyway. Now, The icon will not go away, and I can't figure out how to fix it, can anyone help, thanks!

Look at the top of your screen.  Find the "Edit" category.  Click on it and go down to "Edit behaviors".  Look at the menu that pops up and select default.
