On my building the south side (side with doors)

will be 4' pony wall with brick, there will be a 2' return on the east side (right in photo). Zero return of brick on the west side. The west and north (back) sides will have a 4' cement pony wall while the east (right) side and 18' of the north side will be wood framed to the ground.  The office is 18' x 40' and will be framed except for the front and 2' return on right (east) side.

Soooo...CA is not letting me change the wall on the north which is stick framed, 18' wide x 16' tall siding and the rest of the wall (72') is 4' pony wall and 12' framed/siding. The picture is of the south wall and the east wall. 2' of the east wall is pony wall w/brick and the rest is framed and sided. There will be no brick on the west and back sides. CA either lets me put brick all around OR cement all around. Help?

The height of the walls is determined by the ceiling height. Turn off auto roof build, set the ceiling heights. I like to place cad lines dimensioned where I want to break a wall to have a different wall type. Break it and change the wall types, lower and upper to your needs. Set the pony wall type to the height off floor desired.

Post the plan if you need more help.
