reedie2000
I have a Client that wants to use a 22 foot LA Cantina Sliding Door system that folds into exterior wing walls. I am not sure how to represent this in the model. A double wall seems to create issues re: understanding the room and foundation. Alternatively, I'm not sure how to position the unit in the center of an artificially thick wall to mimic the position of the window either. Can someone please clarify best practices regarding these systems? Am I not checking a box? Is there a go-around I'm supposed to use for these types of systems. Your help is very much appreciated! DBCooper
Have you tried just using a pocket door in a thick wall? You can set it to whatever width you want and use custom panels to have as many panels as you need on each side. You can even specify a panel offset if you want it installed more to the inside or outside.
