annalisax Posted October 30 Share Posted October 30 We are a Contractor in SWFL and have a client who would like to build an elevated addition +/—2000 sf attached to his existing elevated house. The client would like to join the addition and add a matching cupola that contains a second floor for an office I have the plans for the existing house on PDF. See attached I can give clear instructions for the addition. I understand there in no engineering just trying to get the aesthetics correct to budget the project I do all the CA plans for our company but am in a time crunch and also roofs and ceilings are my weak point I do not need finishes, etc., just a blank floor and exterior completed, so I can take it from there. I have never done this so not sure what to expect for the pricing, time frame.
