How do I show shelves and pull-outs on a kitchen cabinet elevation (without using glass house rendering technique)

I want to be able to show a kitchen cabinet wall in elevation (or perspective) and toggle on the option to show interior shelving, and not show interior shelving.  
For presentation drawings I don't want it, but for sign off I would like to show the cabinet shelves and pull-outs with the doors closed.

Sounds like you need to do a few Kitchen Elevations with notes. Use the WALL ELEVATION camera and make your notes.

I don't think Chief Architect have the feature you're looking for directly, you’ll need to use a workaround or manually create the necessary elements using CAD.

Some solutions are suggested in this very old thread.
