Interior railing wall appearing at roof

Hi, 

Not too sure how else to describe this issue but this has only been a problem since switching to chief 16. 

I have autoroofs on and have checked my autoroof settings and tried adjusting every possible setting for the railings and roof.

If I was to make a guess, I would look at your ceiling heights and other settings in your room structure for the loft area.  The best way to get some real help would be to post the plan.
