Wall Angle

Hello, I am working on getting only a portion of the basement walls done for a partial floor plan for a newly poured foundation. My struggle is getting the correct angle wall on the right side. I have the interior measurements here and are correct. The measurement 21' 6 1/8" should be 21'5". I manually pulled this measurement and do not have plans to determine the angle. When I adjust the angled wall to achieve the measurement, the walls that are near auto connect and change the measurement. And the angle changes too much at one time. Can anyone give some recommendations?

I think the problem is caused by the lower extension on the 16' dimension is not locating the wall - it is locating a point which means that you probably used the point to point dimension tool.
