Here's my current punch list that I need some help with Hop on a couple screen share sessions to nail down floor plan Review and minor adjustments to floor plan Elevations Plan set to structural engineer Any adjustments engineer needs Add electric and lighting Plan set for bidding (would love to get a ball park cost) Plan set for permits (local municipality does not require architect stamped plans) If this is something you can reach out can you pm me your info.
