LeviSH
I started up Chief last night to work on a project and my preview panels have changed the background from white to black. I need them to be white so I can see what face of the wall I am looking at (exterior vs interior). Can someone please help me find the setting to change this or give me a workaround? I would greatly appreciate any assistance. I am running Chief Architect Premier X11 2020 - No other known issues besides this. Please see the attached screenshot for an example of the black background issue in both types of preview panel. As you can see, both the library browser and the Object Details screen have the same issue.
robdyck
I'm pretty sure that in X11 that default background is controlled by the Full Camera defaults. I would suggest you try changing the Full Camera backdrop default color first.
LeviSH
Thank you for reaching out. I have now tried this, as you suggested, and the background is still showing up as black. I am open to any other possible ideas.
robdyck
Hmm, I can't remember everything from X11. I'd suggest you try setting all the other camera background colors. Also, have you searched help for terms like preview, panel, color, background, etc.?
LeviSH
Yah I have searched and searched. It is only happening in one file though, so I assume I am dealing with a corrupt file.
