Point to Point Resize / Retain Aspect Ratio Check-Box is missing

Wouid anyone know why the "Retain Aspect Ratio" check-box button is missing for me?

 

I've imported my source PDF file and using the Point-to-Point Resize Tool.

didn't exist back then - have to do separate horizontal and vertical resizes.
