Any thoughts on why these lines are showing up on the pdf in the background? I

I just imported the pdf of the drawing and used CAD tools to draw the balcony.

Looks like you've got nested CAD Blocks with the white inside bits being a solid white filled polyline - I've seen that before with white fills, not sure what causes it exactly, but I'd use the Subtraction tool to remove that section outright. You already have a solid white filled polyline behind it all, so those white shapes are redundant anyway.

That mostly worked.  Sill adjusted a little in Bluebeam. Thanks!
